Successful NTC

I finally felt like I adequately conquered an NTC workout rather than just getting through it. Advanced Get Toned Jump Around, you were my bitch!

6 minute Warm-Up

10 minute Set
I was dripping with sweat after this first set! During the Plank, I thought that there was no way I could hold it after the Burpee to Shoulder Press (with 10lbs!), but I just kept telling myself that it wouldn't be much longer, and I held on. It's all mental!

9 minute Set

4 minute Cool-Down
I finally felt like I didn't just slog through this NTC workout! I feel great :)
